Design is about developing and producing systems and products that suit the job they are intended for. Design can be seen as a series of steps from initially thinking of an idea for a product to eventually having a marketable product that will be cost effective to produce. Effective design is more than just following a set of rules. It requires a user-centered attitude and design methodology. It also requires early planning and continued work throughout the development process.
Project Management - Service, service and more service is so important in keeping a project and relationship ticking smoothly. Keeping you informed and educated about what can often be a complex process is an area where I really excel. At Austins Inkspot customer service always comes first.
Strategy - A good design is a well thought out design. By nature I am a strategic thinker and need to understand your market, objectives and expectations clearly, before I can confidently recommend a successful solution. At Austins Inkspot I’ve proven time and again that if you get the plan right, everything else falls into place.
Design - Whether it is the way a project is structured, the look of an interface or the creation of a logo or brand, design plays a critical role in effectively communicating your message. At Austins Inkspot the design is the strategy that keeps on working toward your goals.
Integration - Not all projects are simply a Website or CDROM. For many of my clients, one product is just a component of a wider communications campaign. At Austins Inkspot I specialize in integrating products and turning them into full branding packages.
Implementation - Delivery of the project whether web, CDROM, or publication based is always the exciting part of the process. Seeing all the hard work become an effective and efficient communication tool is what it’s all about. At Austins Inkspot I see this as the beginning of a long-term customer relationship, rather than the end of the project.
